Inappropriate conduct towards other members and users of the xinyuan.us service
The sharing of another member's confidential details and information without their permission
The inclusion in your profile of information/material that infringes upon the rights of any third party
Xinyuan.us is not responsible for any content posted or transmitted via the service. Xinyuan.us cannot and does not review every piece of information sent by users of the service. Whilst we reserve the right to deal with users who violate the terms and conditions of use, we are not obligated to do so. You, the user of the service, remain solely liable for the content and information you upload to, and download from the site. Under no circumstances will xinyuan.us be liable to you, or any third parties, for any damages arising out of the use of our service.

As a member of xinyuan.us, you consent to us using your image, or its likeness, for the purpose of marketing/advertising our product without further notice.

At the present time, xinyuan.us is completely free to use.
However, xinyuan.us reserves the right to introduce fees or charges to use the service down the track. Members will be given at least 14 days notice of the introduction of any fees or charges via email, and by a notice placed on this page.
